CorgiMaps now generates ChatGPT and MCP apps for brands
Brands now get a branded shopping app inside ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants, built on the same data as every other protocol.

Shoppers can now browse a brand's products as a visual app right inside an AI chat. CorgiMaps automatically generates a branded shopping app for every store, ready for ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants that support MCP Apps. There’s nothing for the brand to build.
From text answers to a shopping app
Most agentic commerce so far has happened in text. An agent reads a catalog and describes products back to the shopper.
MCP Apps change that. They let a server show an interactive interface inside the conversation, so the shopper sees product cards and builds a cart right there in the chat.
ChatGPT in particular has pivoted into its apps ecosystem for shopping and commerce. Brands that want to show up in ChatGPT need an app of their own, and building one has meant a development project and a separate place to keep product data up to date.
That changes for CorgiMaps customers today.
What brands get
- A shopping app for your store. Turn on the ChatGPT Apps / MCP Apps card under Protocol Settings, and consumers get a shopping app for your store inside ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP Apps clients. Your products appear as cards in the conversation, and shoppers build a cart there.
- Your branding. New Branding settings allow CorgiMaps customers to set the logo, display name, and brand colors your app shows, so your consumers know they’re interacting with your brand.
- Everything you need for ChatGPT, automatically. You get all the details to submit your app to the ChatGPT store, including app verification handled through CorgiMaps.
- Carts that finish on your site. Turn on cart hand-off, and agents can build a cart that the shopper finishes on your own website, even without a payment processor connected.
There's nothing to build or host.
One integration, every surface
Your ChatGPT / MCP app runs on the same product data, pricing, inventory and AI-optimized content as every other protocol you run through CorgiMaps. A shopper chatting with an agent over UCP, ACP or A2A and a shopper tapping through product cards in ChatGPT see the same catalog, and you see all activity in our analytics.
This is the bet behind everything we build. Shoppers are spreading across more AI assistants and more ways of agentic buying, and no one knows which will win. Brands should show up in as many of them as possible, from a single integration.
"A brand spends years getting its look and its voice right," said MK McGowan, co-founder and Head of GTM at CorgiMaps. "MCP Apps put that brand inside the chat, in its own branding, showing the same catalog shoppers see everywhere else. Consistency is what makes a brand trustworthy, and that matters even more when an AI is making the introduction."
MCP Apps are available now in every CorgiMaps workspace. Set up your branding under General settings → Branding, then turn on the ChatGPT Apps / MCP Apps card under Protocol Settings.
