These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the marketing website at corgimaps.com (the "Site"), operated by Pembroke Ltd Co ("we," "us," or "our"), the company behind the product we market as CorgiMaps. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope of these terms
These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. They do not govern your access to or use of the CorgiMaps product or service, which is provided under a separate agreement between you (or your organization) and us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that agreement with respect to the product, that agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by Pembroke Ltd Co or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The CorgiMaps name and logo are our trademarks. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
